Melissa Harvey
Melissa Harvey represents executors and administrators in a variety of probate matters, including helping clients probate wills in various counties around Texas as well as helping them with determination of heirship matters when a person dies without a will. She also helps individuals and families with estate planning strategies ranging from simple wills to complex trusts. She has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1994 and has been focusing on the areas of probate and estate planning since she began working with The Karisch Law Firm (now Karisch Jonas Law) in 2013. Melissa and her husband, Michael, reside in Austin. In her time outside the office, Melissa is an avid gardener and native plant enthusiast.
